Free Standard Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Since our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners, standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept returns for:

● Change of mind

● Ordering the wrong item, size, or color

● Incorrect shipping information entered during checkout

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
